OUR FACILITY
The EZ STAK manufacturing facility is located in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. This strategic location is 19 seconds from the main arterial freeway in Ontario, the 401, which runs from Windsor to the Quebec border, and is 30 minutes from the U.S. State border of New York. The factory is fully equipped with state-of-the-art metal forming machinery and is well lit and tidy, bearing the hallmarks of efficiency and organization.
SOLID WORKS - DESIGN TOOL
EZ STAK products are designed using SolidWorks; a parasolid 3D CAD system. 3D design has the innate advantage of performing form, fit, and function checks before any material ever hits the shop floor. The parametric nature of the program facilitates accurate and efficient design changes ensuring a prompt delivery of our quality products.
LEAN MANUFACTURING
EZ STAK corporate management has fully recognized the values and benefits of Lean manufacturing as the way to stay competitive in the ever increasing pace of the manufacturing world today.
